FastenMaster, a division of Olympic Manufacturing Group, Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. We have designed our web site to allow you to visit most areas without identifying yourself or supplying personal information. For those areas where you are requested to provide identifiable information, we assure you that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with FastenMaster.

What information do we collect?

On some FastenMaster web site pages, you may request information, which requires a response. We may ask for information when you register for a service or order products from our online catalog. Therefore, we may need your name, Email address, phone number, credit card number, etc. in order to fulfill your request. We may also use that information to provide you with additional services or information in which you might be interested.

Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal information unless the following conditions are met:

  • You provide to us a specific written consent, or
  • We are required by law.

Be assured we do not sell, rent, lease or share your personal information with any individual, group or company outside FastenMaster. Your personal information is only used for the purpose it was collected and not shared within Olympic Manufacturing Group's departments.

High-level encryption ensures protection when providing sensitive data such as credit card information and forms that request personal information. Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping charges are based on formulas generated by the products size, retail price, and the choice of shipping time. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "Continue Checkout." Enter your address and billing information, then click on "Continue Checkout." You will now be able to view your three shipping options and their costs. You can go back at anytime but clicking your “back” button on your browser.

FastenMaster offers Standard Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME

Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm PST.

Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day)

These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30 PM PST. If an express order is placed before 12 PM PST, it will usually ship out that same day if it is in stock.

Return Goods Policy

AUTHORIZATION & TERMS

  1. A Return Authorization Number (R/A) must be issued to begin the process. This assures a smooth processing of your credit and proper communication of charges. The R/A # will be issued by your inside salesmen.
  2. Product returned without an R/A # will be placed in a dead stock area. No credit will be processed until an R/A # is issued.
  3. OMG does not accept returns on Standard 12-11 Fasteners or Insulation Plates. The only exception to this is large projects where wrong product was ordered.
  4. OMG does not accept returns on product delivered over 90 days.
  5. OMG only accepts product in full box quantities.
  6. Prior to a credit being issued, all product will be inspected by the OMG Quality Assurance Manager or an inspector.
  7. Product is credited to the billing account only. No refund checks will be issued. Third party accounts will not be credited.

RESTOCK / FREIGHT FEES

  1. In situations where the wrong product was ordered, the wrong product quantity was ordered, or the project changes, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Freight out (if OMG paid)
    • Return freight
    • Restocking fee of 15%

SPECIAL ORDERS

  1. Product such as a stainless steel, special coated fasteners, ASAPs over 8”, NTBs over *” and special run items are considered “Special Orders”.
  2. In situations where the wrong product was ordered, the wrong product quantity was ordered, or the project changes, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Freight out (if OMG paid)
    • Return freight
    • Restocking fee of 30%
  3. Any special coated fasteners, or special run items, are subject to a 10% overrun. You will be notified at the time the order is placed.

OMG’S RESPONSIBILITY

  1. OMG will accept returns and responsibility on any product due to:
    • An error in order entry
    • An error in order processing
    • An order released before ship date
    • Product arrived damaged
    • Other circumstances.
  2. When OMG is paying freight on a return, we will arrange for trucking.
