Cortex for EverGrain Classic Colors
FastenMaster is extending the Cortex Concealed Fastening System line to include TAMKO EverGrain Classic Colors decking. The program will be introduced in June, with the following 2009 EverGrain Classic colors being available: - Cape Cod Grey - Cedar - Redwood - Weathered Wood This addition to the FastenMaster Cortex line will now allow EverGrain installers the ability to offer their customers the strength of a through-fastened deck combined with a beautiful finished look.

Cortex Concealed Fastening System
The FastenMaster Cortex system is the fastest and easiest way to conceal the heads of your fasteners on specific composite decking types.
Available for:
Trex Accents: Winchester Grey, Madeira, Saddle
TimberTech TwinFinish: Redwood, Cedar, Grey
AZEK Deck: Slate Gray, Brownstone, Clay
The FastenMaster Cortex System is available in 100 and 300 Sq. Ft. boxes.
All screws, setting tools, and plugs are included in each box.

Over 32,000 TrussLok-Z fasteners were used over the span of three and a half days to build these large girder trusses. These two and three ply trusses were between 60 and 70ft long! The FastenMaster TrussLok-Z fasteners were selected over other fastening methods because of their superior strength and holding power which allowed builders to transport the beams from the truss yard to the jobsite without bending or warping.
