FastenMaster’s Nikki Long Recognized by “Top Women in Hardware and Building Supply” For Business Excellence

Nikki Long, Business Unit Director for Structural Products at FastenMaster has been honored for Business Excellence as part of the 2021 “Top Women in Hardware and Building Supply” awards hosted by HBSDealer.

Agawam, MA (Sep­tem­ber, 2021) – Nik­ki Long, Busi­ness Unit Direc­tor for Struc­tur­al Prod­ucts in the Fas­ten­Mas­ter Divi­sion of OMG, Inc., has been hon­ored for Busi­ness Excel­lence as part of the 2021 Top Women in Hard­ware and Build­ing Sup­ply” awards host­ed by HBSDealer.

This annu­al event cel­e­brates and hon­ors women in the indus­try who are mak­ing out­stand­ing con­tri­bu­tions to their com­pa­nies and com­mu­ni­ties. Hon­orees are cho­sen based on nom­i­na­tions from indus­try peers in sev­er­al award cat­e­gories includ­ing Busi­ness Excel­lence, which rec­og­nizes women who have demon­strat­ed achieve­ment, pro­fes­sion­al growth and suc­cess in the hard­ware and home improve­ment industry.

The selec­tion of hon­orees is part of a year-round pro­gram to pro­mote the role of women in the hard­ware and build­ing sup­ply indus­try. The pro­gram will cul­mi­nate in the inau­gur­al in-per­son Top Women in Hard­ware & Build­ing Sup­ply net­work­ing event in Chica­go, IL on Nov. 10th and 11th. 

Over Nikki’s 18-year career with Fas­ten­Mas­ter, she has demon­strat­ed an abil­i­ty to dri­ve strate­gic sales growth by build­ing strong rela­tion­ships with chan­nel part­ners. Nik­ki is an out­stand­ing man­ag­er and advo­cate for change in our indus­try. Nik­ki joined Fas­ten­Mas­ter in 2003 and has held a vari­ety of roles in sales, cus­tomer ser­vice and mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions. Pri­or to her role as Busi­ness Unit Direc­tor, she was the Direc­tor of Key Accounts where she was instru­men­tal in grow­ing FastenMaster’s busi­ness with­in the home cen­ter chan­nel. She holds a Bach­e­lor of Arts degree from Smith College.
